Customer Proof AI Layer

Rebuilding Customer Advocacy & Marketing to be AI-Native.

AI structures and adapts customer proof. Humans approve what is true, current, commercially useful, and safe to use.

Roadmap

How this could expand

The current version creates governed Customer Proof Records that GTM teams can search, approve, measure, and reuse.

Today, the layer turns rough customer material into structured records with customer context, proof priority, buyer problem, approved proof, and use controls. It helps teams retrieve approved proof, adapt it across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Website, Analyst/PR, and Events use cases, and preserve claim scope, permission, approval status, and customer load.

Next

Where it could go

The next iteration could make the proof layer more deeply integrated with source systems, add new utility for live deal moments, and make proof usage more measurable across the GTM funnel.

Path 01

Source systems integration

Pull customer proof from the places it already lives: CRM records, Gong or call transcripts, QBR notes, customer interviews, case studies, webinars, and sales enablement materials.

Objective

Reduce manual input and connect the proof layer more closely to the GTM workflow.

Path 02

Objection-led retrieval

Let a seller enter a live buyer concern and receive ranked, approved proof records.

Example

The buyer thinks this is just another product-enrichment tool and is worried implementation will require replatforming.

The system would return
  • the strongest approved proof
  • source and scope for each proof point
  • permission status
  • any limitations or qualifications
Objective

Move from searching for proof to retrieving governed evidence in the moment a buyer needs confidence.

Path 03

Field usage and revenue influence

Track where approved proof is used across Sales, Customer Success, Analyst/PR, Events, launches, and deal cycles.

The system could show
  • which proof records are reused most often to support new business or expansion conversations
  • which buyer problems lack strong proof
  • where customer proof influenced revenue motion
Objective

Show how customer proof supports GTM execution and where stronger evidence is still needed.

Today, we make customer proof governed and reusable. Next, we could connect it more deeply to source systems, live deal moments, and GTM measurement.
